Written by Jiehae Park, Peerless explores a darkly humorous reimagining of Shakespeare's Macbeth within the ruthless realm of high-stakes college admissions in her sharp and inventive adaptation. This fresh interpretation of the timeless tale revolves around M and L, a pair of Asian-American twins who have sacrificed everything for their coveted spot at The College. However, when a fellow student stakes a claim to what they believe is rightfully theirs, the twins conclude that their sole recourse is a sinister one – murder.
